Endeavour was officially founded on 2nd September, 2013 in Kolkata , West Bengal.
Endeavour is a specialist-solutions firm that offers exclusive and extensive training programmes that are specially & differently designed for job profiles of various segments. It is the Pioneer and Leader in Eastern India to develop an extensive training module for Pharmaceutical Industry to develop the module and impart training to Fresh Graduates and Experienced Medical Representatives to develop the Skills of Medical Representative & Area Sales Managers Job Profile. In the past few years, Endeavour has emerged as a first choice for Pharmaceutical Companies to impart Quality & Economic Product & Corporate Training for their business needs. Companies like Zenith Healthcare, Gooseberry Pharmaceuticals, Life Care Neuro Products Ltd. etc. had appointed Endeavour as their Training & Strategic Partners in the past and continue to take services as per their need and requirement.
Endeavour is currently operating 3 divisions:-
- Pharma Consultancy: To Serve Pharmaceutical Companies & Professionals by providing Manpower or Lead Support.
- School Of Professional Education: To cater to young India by shaping the Young Graduates to be more focused on the career part and train them to be skilled and market ready for different professions as per the need of the industries.
- Pharmaceutical Services: This division is involved in providing Corporate, Product & Refresher Training Solutions to different Pharmaceutical Companies depending on the assessment & their training needs.
Endeavour has a strong team of Operations, Training & HR. Our Panel of Mentors have more than 30 years of rich experience in this Pharma Sales Profession with work background at companies like Abbott, Cipla, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, GSK etc. Our HR Team is trained to understand and execute clients-need base screenings. Since 2013, we’ve successfully placed more than 2,000 candidates into the Pharmaceutical Industry in the last 9 years of our existence and still counting. We’re based in Kolkata and are currently strongly operating in Eastern Part of India with Centres in Dumdum & Kudghat in Kolkata & Midnapore & Siliguri in West Bengal District along with a Centre in Patna in State of Bihar. Our Vision is to exist and Serve on Pan India basis by Year 2027.
